All England Badminton approached us looking for a fully Covid 19 compliant event accreditation check-in and bus transit booking system. The system need to offer transport routes from hotel to venue throughout the week long event. Bus boarding and venue check-in required a fast scan code with custom passenger information including seat numbers, transit routes and boarding time stamps in case of Covid tracking requirements.
All England Badminton's main priorities were a need to manage, time stamp and log all event personal movement throughout their daily hotel-to-venue journeys and venue check-in and check out. Minimising manual administration for the process was also an objective due to the downsized nature of the closed event schedule.
Secure transit booking form - A web based password protected booking form was built including daily route picker, seat number and maximum seat allocation.
E-Boarding passes - Mobile e-ticket passes were created and sent over email. Tickets included a one-time scan boarding pass with seat number allocation for validation during boarding.
Real time boarding pass and check-in data transfer - All boarding pass data was pushed in real time to synced Qflow for events check-in app's in readiness for secure scanning.
On-site accreditation scanning - All preassigned accreditation data including barcode numbers were uploaded and validated against at venue check-in and check out zones.
System and product support - Data management, system training and first line dedicated support were a priority to maintain peace of mind through the duration of the event week.
Real time and historical data management - Real time access to in-venue and bus journey passenger manifests was of paramount importance. Management were able to have full understanding of player, personal and team member whereabouts at all times during the event time table. Segmented historical data was also made available via a management web dashboard. Allowing for exporting of individual bus journey manifests as well as in-venue attendee lists if tracking compliance lists were requested.
