Solution

Pre-Printed Branded Badges

Using our fast-turnaround print partners, Google received high-quality, non-tear, self-adhesive badges featuring custom Google Think branding. These eco-friendly badges eliminate the need for plastic sleeves, supporting a more sustainable check-in process. No personal guest details were pre-printed, ensuring flexibility and data protection.

Brand Consistency

Each badge was pre-designed according to guest type, aligning with Google's visual identity. Personal guest attributes were printed on-site, with Google's official font embedded into Qflow's best-in-class Zebra badge printers to ensure brand accuracy throughout.

Check-In Scanning with Automatic Badge Printing

Qflow's "Print on Scan" feature enabled staff to scan a guest's ticket code, instantly checking them in and triggering automatic badge printing.

  • Multiple scanners can share a single Wi-Fi-connected printer, with tasks queued in real time.
  • Alternatively, scanners can be paired individually via Bluetooth for distributed setups.

Badge Handover Process

Check-in staff simply peeled the printed badge from its backing, clipped on the lanyard, and handed it to the guest - no plastic sleeves required. This streamlined the process, reduced material waste, and maintained a premium guest experience.

Walk-In Registration & Live Troubleshooting

On-site walk-ins and last-minute registrations were handled efficiently via Qflow's intuitive web-based registration dashboard.

  • Guest records could be updated instantly via the event-level profile area
  • All check-in activity remained fully centralised and live-synced across devices - minimising delays and ensuring accuracy
