Sound is right in the heart of Hollywood just off the Boulevard. They pride themselves on their custom-made sound system, part of a new product line from Funktion One. The setup is armed with a 3D mapping system which controls both the mood and atmosphere of the venue, providing a different experience every night. Sound nightclub is open Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays, with DJs encompassing techno, house and other underground dance music genres.

Challenge

A need to cope with different types of barcoded tickets and guest lists all-in-one via a smartphone or tablet.  

Solution needs to cope with intermittent internet connection due to lower ground box office location.  

Walk in customers need to be validated and registered on the check-in app entry statistics.

Up to the second statistics, needs to allow team to accurately determine walk-up capacity.  

Post event statistics for attendee flow analysis.

Solution

Qflow for events check-in app is available for both Android and iOS phones and tablets and has both advanced guest list touch check-in and multiple barcode type scanning functionality via dedicated app page tabs.

Offline capability allows app to run without an internet connection, with all entry data synced across all devices and back to an online dashboard once an internet connection is re-established.  

Qflow for events tally feature allows Sound to instantly add all walk in customers via the app and understand any commission based rep guest attendees.

Team members were able to access real time attendee statistics via their smartphone or tablet, allowing management to accurately react to capacity restrictions.  

Client dashboard provides real time attendee flow chart for added insight and trends.
