Challenge

Shore Events needed a highly brand oriented fluid event registration and check-in solution included on-site delegate registration, unique to guest barcoded badge printing and main entry and session check-in scanning badge scanning

Essential to the check-in process would be the inclusion of additional on-screen guest attributes which needed to be referenced by check-in hosts during the badge scanning process. Guest would then need to given the appropriate gift bags and session agendas based on their guest attributes.

Solution

• Direct design consultancy with client marketing and branding department.
• Dedicated administration support throughout the data management process.
• Hire of Qflow for events thandheld units for badge scanning and guest attribute look up.
• On-site Qflow for events team member to oversee hardware set up, training, registration management and IT support.
• Real time attendee figures available to management via Qflow for events smart device app.
• Post event reporting including full breakdown by session attendance.
