Challenge

• To provide a centralised insightful fulfilment of accreditation (artist / guest list).
• Flexible, fluid and secure ticketing scanning for the duration of the festival.
• Up to minute understanding of on-site attendee numbers and guest no-shows.

Solution

• Qflow for events provided branded mobile friendly barcoded guest and artist invites that were sent directly by email. These tickets were presented at check-in of fluid fast accreditation and guest list check-in.
• Ticket Holder gate management was handled via 4 entry points each manned by ticket scanning agents. Ticket types were filtered down on each day. This allowed for both duplicate multi and individual day tickets to be flagged upon scanning.
• Scan speeds were maintained throughout the gate opening times with wait times kept to minimum.
• Real-time access to entry stats - Event management had access to both the attendee web dashboard access and mobile attendee app. This gave them up to the minute attendee figures based on over in-venue figures and broken down into guest type (ticket type and invite type)
